In this presentation, Nathalie and Karin, both MCC and ICF Mentor and Assesor, will invite participants to have a conversation about what it means to be a Master Coach. MCC is the ICF Credential that reflects the higher commitment to advancing the art and practice of professional coaching. They would encourage participants to envision the journey and to get inspiration to follow it by sharing their personal story and insights about coaching mastery. They will address the "Why" the " How" and the "What "of gaining the MCC credential.

Karin is an MCC and Mentor Coach with 28 years of experience developing professionals and leading programs of organizational change. Through her combined backgrounds of Organizational Psychology, Bioenergetics Therapy, and Business Administration, she has always been helping professionals and coaches to increase both their performance and well-being. Nowadays Karin is based in Switzerland, where she works with several multinational companies. She is currently a Leadership Coach at IMD.
Executive and Team MCC Coach, Nathalie Ducrot truly believes in the power of coaching to be in service of Humanity flourishing. Her key attributes include the ability to activate and manage change in a complex and global environment with a strong passion for the employee experience. As an accredited ICF Mentor and Assessor and CSA Supervisor, she combines her expertise in leadership impact and effective communication to help coaches grow and thrive as individual and professional. Nathalie is an author of several books related to motivation drivers, coaching skills and general wellbeing in the work environment.
