22.06.2020- ICF Chapter Meeting Basel
Coaching clients who "know what they need to do, but not doing it"
Moderator: Kirsten Dierolf
Description
Which coach doesn't know that? Clients, who know exactly what they need to do, but then don't do it again and again: clean up, prioritize, go jogging, loosing weight, delegate, approach marketing measures ... Solution-focused coaching has a simple but proven procedure to support clients with such concerns.
In our interactive workshop you can take these topics with you:
- Structure of such a coaching interview
- Questions I can ask
- Attitudes in coaching
We will work with short presentations, demo-coachings, case discussions and a lot of exercises, a real "work"-shop. If you would like to work in advance, there is a small video course on this topic on the following website: www.solutionsacademy.com/videocourse
ICF Core Competencies
All ICF core competencies are taken into account, but above all:
• Preparation of the coaching agreement
