Workshop description & biography of workshop leaders
You will participate in this highly experiential workshop in which the professional improvisation theater group (theater anundpfirsich) will guide you to approach confidently uncomfortable life or business situations. You will learn few easy to use and playful tools to get into a creative and solution–driven flow. These methods address your body and brain at the same time and help you to be spontaneous and to stretch yourself outside of your comfort zone to get the best for your clients.
Improvisation is fun, encourages openness and acceptance, but above all your creativity! Anyone who has learned it can always profit from it, because improvisation skills like dynamism, spontaneity, teamwork and the ability to respond to others.
Biography of the workshop facilitator
Frank Renold is an actor, improvisation trainer, presenter and coach. HeistheManagingDirectorofthe theater anundpfirsich.He hasdedicated himself to the improvisation since 2002 & is enthusiastic on the stage especially for story-based long forms and develops his own forms of the improvisational theater. He teaches and trains other ensembles, goes on an international tour and attends festivals with workshops and shows.
In his trainings for companies, he combines the techniques and principles of improvisation with his many years of experience from the private sector, helping teams and individuals improve their communication and collaboration.
Hestudied Sociology and Computer Science at the University of Zurich and the Freie Universität Berlin.Hehasbeentrained as aManagementcoach MCA.Hehas10 yearsof experience as an entrepreneur & software developer.
