Due to technical difficulties with the event on 5th May we were only able to allow 100 participants to join. As many participants could not enter the Meeting Room we have decided to host the event again for those of you that missed the event.
Description of the event
In this workshop we will explore how we can meet challenges in our mind, body or the world with awareness, compassion and choice - while shifting from a reactive to a responsive or resilient mind state. We will have the opportunity to share amongst each other useful techniques and best practices that can support you as a human being and coach to become more and more resilient.
Objectives of the event
- Learn about 5 key sources of resilience.
- Practice empathetic listening.
- Learn how to grow inner resources and strengths.
- Develop coaching skills for potentially overwhelming challenges such as the Covid-19 pandemic.

George inspires people to use their full human potential. George works with individuals, teams and organisations as mindfulness, well-being & resilience teacher and trainer as well as advisor and speaker for cultural transformation. He is a certified co-active coach (CPCC) and has trained at the Oxford Mindfulness Center (MBCT).
Georges lives and works in Basel and is the Founder and director of resonance gmbh.
He has 15 years of experience with Apple Inc. (Ireland) and F. Hoffmann-La Roche (Switzerland) and a MA in Philosophy and Economics
Participants with ICF Certification will receive 1.5 CCEUs.
