The good news: I will show you the well-defined systematic process (a series of steps you need to take and which is significantly different from what most people are doing) that I use to mentor and guide entrepreneurs, including coaches, to create their own super-focused businesses, so that “finding clients” is no longer an issue.

The bad news: It doesn’t involve shoot-from-the-hip guesswork, and it doesn’t have the excitement and appeal of magic buttons and slogans. In fact, in many respects it looks a lot like hard work. It requires time, discipline and the courage to go outside of your comfort zone, but experience has shown that it works, time and time again.

The even better news: Discover why coaches charging only 200 sfr./hour are probably missing out on charging 350 or more a session, and enjoying having three months paid in advance!

The small print: Sounds too good to be true? I would be lying if I said this process guarantees your coaching success, it doesn’t. What it does do however, is it guarantees avoiding failure. How many coaches do you know that waste their time and money building a website and launching a brand that doesn’t give them the results they want?! This process avoids you having to keep searching for clients and re-building your website, your marketing materials. No need to invest your money and savings to incorporate a company before knowing for sure your success. In fact, by the time you get to that stage you’ll already have your first clients, their testimonials and a clear identity upon which to build your reputation and future success.

Objectives

Obtain an overview of a simple process to follow that will help you define a sustainable coaching business. The overall objective of this process is for you to already have testimonials and willing paying clients before even having launched or incorporated your coaching business. In addition, discover why being focused helps promote all your other coaching services. Time permitting, share in an open discussion about pricing and best coaching business practices.

About the speaker

A serial entrepreneur, Clement COHEN’s motto is: “Never take advice from anyone unless they are more successful than you”.

Clement was heavily involved in the early Geneva start-up movement, 2009 – 2016, helping entrepreneurs define their business models and raising finance. He was invited to mentor selected start-ups for Seedstars and other groups. Amongst his mentees achievements are: Winning the Hublot Innovation award 2016, entering exclusive negotiation for over 11 million CHF in start-up financing.

With help from his mentor he built a $275 million publicly listed enterprise, from a handful of people into a 1'500-strong company within 6 years. In his role as a COO, he founded a corporate university and attributes his success to the High Performance Teams program developed there.

Clement served as Corporate Strategy Officer at an NGO specializing in innovation, a Non-Exec Director and a Board Coach. He was a named partner at Cohen & Simons, specializing in turn-around and restructuring.

Clement is a Chartered Engineer from Warwick University where he won "The Plessy Industry Award" and holds post-graduate degrees in management from Westminster University and London Business School.

He founded Performant Group in Switzerland in 2012.

He is the organizer of “Geneva Largest Entrepreneur & Professional Networking!” group with over 3’000 members on the meetup.com platform.
