International Coaching Week event: “Supervision in Coaching”
In honor of the International Coaching Week, we cordially invite you to participate in our day of celebration with a Coaching Supervision practice event.
ICF defines Coaching Supervision as "the interaction that occurs when a coach periodically brings his or her coaching work experiences to a coaching supervisor in order to engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the coach and his or her clients”.
Coaching Supervision contributes significantly to the professionalization of coaching and mentoring. It is a key element in the professional development of coaches/mentors and contributes to high standards of practice in the interest of clients.
ICF Suisse Romande is launching a Coaching Supervision workshop with the following goals and objectives to:
- create awareness of the importance of supervision for coaches;
- introduce different supervision approaches;
- enable a dialogue on coaching supervision among experts and practitioners;
- allow coaches to experience coaching supervision techniques using their own cases.
The format: It will be group supervision methodology and led by Ernst Bechinie (MCC), Nathalie Ducrot (MCC) and Esther Goette (PCC).
Prerequisite: Every participant brings a personal case for supervision & signs a confidentiality agreement.
