Network to Coach, Coach to Network

Speaker: Jane Piper, Organisational Psychologist

Networking is a crucial aspect of developing a successful coaching business. However, some people have a negative view of networking, thinking that it’s all about “selling ourselves” or “working a room”...

As coaches we know it best: “When we shift our perception, our experience changes." ( Lindsay Wagner)

How would it be to look at networking as a process of building relationships and making yourself and your company interesting to people in a way they hadn't thought of before?

Join our workshop to re-discover your perception about networking. Hear about Adam Grant’s  approach to networking from his bestseller "Give and Take”.  Learn how to apply your natural curiosity and coaching techniques such as asking powerful questions and active listening while practicing networking skills and having fun.

  • Practice networking techniques
  • Be introduced to the Adam Grant’s “Give and Take” approach to networking
  • Recognize your own biases and barriers that stand in the way of successful and effortless networking
