Lausanne, 29th November 2019, 15h30 - 17h30, Hôtel Alpha-Palmiers
As part of the ICF Switzerland Annual Event organised around our Annual General Meeting on the 29th November, we are hosting several events including - for the third time in Switzerland - the prestigious PRISM award.
The purpose of this Award is to help promote high quality standards of professional coaching, by honouring organizations of all sizes and in all sectors that have enhanced their organizational performance through the deployment of coaching for culture change, leadership and people development, organizational productivity and performance improvement.
Since 2005, more than 20 organizations have been honored with an ICF International Prism Award. The award has become the epitome of coaching excellence for companies and institutions using professional coaching programs to achieve impressive returns on investment while exceeding expectations.
We are very excited to welcome this years winner of the ICF Switzerland PRISM Award and hear that company’s story.
But before the PRISM award committee announces the winner, we will explore the topic of “The growing importance of creating a Coaching Culture and the role of ICF coaches”:
Profession David Clutterbuck will kick off the afternoon session by introducing us to the topic. We will explore
- Why having a Coaching Culture is becoming more important
- How the role and work of internal and external coaches is changing
- How to support coaches in their development and practice
You will receive 1 CCEU for attending this event.
After a Q&A, we will then hear from different speakers and look forward to a lively podium discussion that will surely render insights and learning for all of us - coaches and non-coaches alike.
After the PRISM award ceremony, we will round the evening off with a networking cocktail with all participants starting at 17h30.
We hope to see many of you there!
