The human voice is a powerful instrument of communication and our primary vehicle for connecting, leading and inspiring others. Learning about how it works and how to optimise its use will help coaches to increase their impact.
Coaches are professional voice users in that they rely heavily on their voices to carry out their work. That’s why it’s essential for coaches to have a strong, clear and flexible voice, which they can rely on to build trust and connect with their clients

About the speaker
Allison MacTavish is an experienced coach and trainer in the area of leadership and communication skills development, a certified life coach with the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC®), and a trained singer. She currently works as a Voice & Speech Coach helping executive leaders, business professionals, entrepreneurs and coaches to express themselves more fully through their own voices. She achieves this by guiding her clients through a process of inner and outer development - challenging them to discover new and daring ways to communicate. In stepping out of their comfort zones, Allison’s clients are able to express who they really are and to connect, influence and lead with greater impact.
