In the digital age, our challenges are becoming more and more complex. Disney Strategy is a process that helps to re-gain clarity, define goals and translate them into action. It also helps to improve creativity and critical thinking, two core skills in today’s work environment.

During this highly interactive workshop you will be able to

experience coaching either in a role of a coach or a coachee
learn about and practice the Disney Strategy, an exercise from the toolbox of Erickson Coaching International
go through different stages of the coaching process from designing a coaching agreement to creating an action plan
deepen your listening skills through backtracking
practice asking powerful questions using the solution-based approach
observe how coaching works and what it can bring

About the speaker

Agnieszka is on mission to build a culture of continuous learning and innovation in the business environment. She believes that digital transformation is all about people and supports SME’s with coaching for digital business model innovation.

Prior to becoming a coach and CEO of her enterprise Talentity GmbH, Agnieszka has worked as a strategic project manager in more than 15 countries. She has a Master’s degree in International Economics and an ACC ICF-certified coach.
