Letting go of certainties by navigating the unknown
Speaker: Renatus Hoogenraad ACC
During this 90 minutes session you’ll be invited to experience and play with the ICF core competency “Co-creating the relationship”.
You will discover a set of experiential activities for the coach to become more aware of what is happening in the present moment and fully engage with that. In today’s world coaches as well as their clients have to deal increasingly with a VUCA environment (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous).
