The Brains of Coaching: Neuroscience, Emotional Needs and Motivation

Speaker: Andy Habermacher, Certified Master Coach BCI

Content

Andy Habermacher will be speaking about the SCOAP Coach Theory which is a model that he has built up with Prof. Theo Peters and Argang Ghadiri built on three pillars:

  • neuroscience
  • psychology
  • evidence -based coaching

Andy will show how the brain is wired emotionally and how five core needs drive human behavior and how these are represented in motivational patterns. This gives clear and different coaching interventions and highlights the most powerful point of leverage for coaching success.

A scientific, humanistic and holistic approach to coaching.
