From The Inside Out – A Dialogue Part II

"The success of an intervention depends on the internal condition of the intervener." - Bill O'Brien (former CEO Hanover Insurance)

In our November ’14 Chapter meeting we had a look at the quality of the inner place from which we operate as a coach. In our February Chapter meeting we shall take the quest one step further and explore the conditions and steps that enable us to shift this inner place.

We will focus in particular on the listening and conversational skills as well as our ability to align Mind, Heart and core Will as a basic condition for achieving meaningful and sustainable transformations. How can we enhance our listening quality and help our client connect with his/her best future possibility? How can the quality of our listening shape the way the interaction with our client unfolds?

We will also explore the quality of our presence and our ability to offer and skillfully hold the space for our clients, so as to enable them recognize, access and act upon whatever is calling to emerge through them.

The participants are encouraged to bring cases from their own coaching practice.

This workshop will be largely inspired and borrow from the U Theory developed by Otto Scharmer and the work he is developing through his Presensing Institute.
