I have an extensive experience in multicultural environments and a back ground as a Senior Executive in the banking industry. My coaching is about getting Executives to successfully implement change management strategies, while developing their leadership and communication skills. I use a "co-creative" coaching style and adopt a solution focus approach. I also have thorough experience in debriefing and coaching 360° programmes and support leaders to implement key development changes. |
