Our aim is to support the development of the coaching profession here in Switzerland, building on the ground-breaking work of the International Coach Federation (ICF Global) which has more than 19'200 members in over 100 countries and over 149 chapters in 50 countries worldwide.

International Coach Federation Core Purpose: To advance the art, science and practice of professional coaching.

If you are considering hiring a coach, this site will help you to find out more about coaching, and if you would like, to find a local coach who is a suitable fit for your needs.

If you are a coach, or are interested in becoming coach, this site will help you learn about credentialing and coach training options, as well as regular opportunities to meet your peers at networking meetings around Switzerland and conferences around the world.  Feel free to join us at one of our regular local events to learn more about coaching and meet local coaches.
